This morning, the Samsung Galaxy S21 was spotted on 3C certification. This time, the 3C certification revealed the phone’s charging specifications instead of battery capacity.

The 3C Certification shows that the phone will feature a maximum 25W charging, the same as its predecessor. The charger’s name is EP-TA800. The same charger has been used in the Galaxy Note 20 series and Galaxy Z Fold2.

The phone supports charging in different modes and speeds: 15W and 18W. The model number SM-G9910 suggests that this would be the base variant of Galaxy S20 as the predecessor has the model number SM-G981. It is also confirmed that this would be the Chinese variant of the Galaxy S21.

The applicant for this certification is Samsung (China) Investment Co., Ltd., which is produced by Samsung’s Vietnam factory. The issuance date of this Certification is October 15.

It was previously reported that the Samsung S21 series would support 65W charging, but this may be limited to the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

The new Exynos 2100 will be featured in all versions of the Galaxy S21 series. The chipset will use the Cortex-X1 and Cortex-A78 cores, so better performance is also expected.

It is currently expected that the Galaxy S21 series will be launched in the First Quarter of 2021.
