Samsung is expected to release its Galaxy S21 series in mid-January 2021. As the release time approaches, the phone is being revealed. Today, the phone is leaked again.
After Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21+ was also spotted on FCC certification. The certification revealed nothing new about the phone. However, it was confirmed that the US version of the Galaxy S21 series would feature a Snapdragon 888 5G chipset.
In the certification, the codename SM8350 of the chipset is mentioned. The US and Chinese versions of the Galaxy S and Note series usually feature Qualcomm’s chipset instead of Exynos. The Exynos variants will be launched in the rest of the countries.

As we mentioned above, the US version is equipped with the Snapdragon 888. The chipset is based on a 5nm manufacturing process. It is equipped with Cortex-X1 Super-Core with a maximum frequency of 2.84GHz.
We already reported that the Galaxy S21+ would feature a triple camera setup (12MP+64MP+12MP), which is very similar to the Galaxy S20+.
The Galaxy S21 series is now available for pre-order in China. Buyers can pre-order it by paying just CNY 100. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S21 series on January 14.
