On the morning of December 25, Meizu officially announced a new smart home brand: Lipro. It also announced that a new product launch event will be held on January 5, 2021.
The full name of this press conference is the Meizu Lipro Smart Home New Product Launch, which will be held on January 5, 2021, at 2:30 PM.
A few days ago, the Meizu building changed its sign, and the original Meizu 17 promotional poster was changed to “Lipro, welcome.”
On November 18, 2020, Meizu registered a large number of Lipro trademarks, mainly involving fields such as interior decoration design, landscape lighting design services, electric door openers, electric door closers, lighting equipment, indoor lighting, textile curtains, textile or plastic curtains, clothes drying racks, and biometric fingerprint door locks.
The smart home has been a major trend in the past two years. Many mobile phone manufacturers, including Xiaomi, Huawei, and Honor, have entered the smart home market, but the market remains vast.
It is still unclear which products Meizu will launch, but the unique Flyme system on Meizu phones has already made a strong impression. The interaction between Meizu’s smart home products and their phones is worth looking forward to.
