Yesterday, a digital blogger revealed a real spy photo of the upcoming ROG gaming phone. The back cover is suspected to be made of glass. Since the number 5 is printed in the center of the back, it is speculated that the number 4 may be skipped. The new phone could be directly named ROG Phone 5.
Just now, Digital Chat Station revealed a GIF picture of the phone. The picture shows that the ROG Phone 5 will feature an asymmetrical full-screen design similar to the ROG Phone 3, with the camera in the upper-right corner. The small screen on the back can display different information.
According to previous reports, the ASUS ROG phone 5 will feature a Snapdragon 888 chipset, a 64MP rear camera, a 6000mAh battery, and support 65W fast charging. It will also have a 6.6-inch flat OLED screen.
In addition, the ASUS ROG ASUS_I005DA phone appeared in the Geekbench database last year. The device comes with a Snapdragon 888 chipset (code-named Lahaina), 8GB of RAM, and runs Android 11.
The ROG Phone 5 is expected to be available in March this year, and it has now received 3C certification.
