Moto G40 (Ibiza) gets 3C certification with 10W charging

According to reports, Motorola will launch a new phone with 5 G support in its G series, the Moto G40. The smartphone with model number XT2137-2 has appeared on different certification websites. Today, it has another certification.

Today, the phone has been listed on the famous Chinese 3C certification site. The certification has revealed that this device will support 10W charging only. It uses the charger MC-108, which has been used with many Motorola smartphones in the past.

As mentioned, Motorola Mobility Technologies (China) Company Limited is the applicant for this certification, while Motorola Mobility LLC is the manufacturer.

According to previous information, the Moto G40 may also support 5G as it is powered by the Snapdragon 480 5G chipset. This chipset is based on an 8nm manufacturing process with a maximum frequency of 2.0 GHz (Kryo 460).

The Moto G40 might have a 90Hz display and most likely feature HD+ resolution. As observed, the device would compete with the OPPO A93 5G and Vivo Y31s.

It is expected that Moto G40 will be announced by the officials soon.
