The famous Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station has recently confirmed that the Honor 50 series will feature Qualcomm’s unknown chipset (model number SM7325).
According to leaks, the SM7325 will belong to the Snapdragon 7 series and is also expected to be named Snapdragon 775G. This chipset will be the successor to the Snapdragon 765G, which is one of Qualcomm’s most popular mid-range chipsets.
The blogger didn’t mention whether the mentioned chipset would be equipped in the base version or the Pro version. However, it can be concluded that the base version will feature this chipset, as the Pro is expected to feature the Snapdragon 870, while the Pro+ might feature the Snapdragon 888.
The Honor 50 series would be similar to Huawei’s Nova 8 Pro. According to leaks, the Honor 50 will feature a triple camera setup in an oval-shaped camera with two circles in the bump. The first one will consist of the primary lens, while the second will feature the other two lenses.
A few days ago, the Pro and Pro+ from the Honor 50 series were also listed on the Chinese 3C certification, which revealed that the Honor 50 Pro will feature the old 66W Huawei’s fast charging. In contrast, the Pro+ will feature Honor’s self-developed 100W charger.
