In March 2021, Realme launched the Realme GT 5G with the Snapdragon 888 5G chipset. Now, it seems that the company is working on a successor, as the expected device has been leaked.
This morning, the Realme RMX3300 with the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset was listed on the AnTuTu Benchmark. According to Digital Chat Station, the RMX3300 is most probably the forthcoming Realme GT2 Pro.
The device scored 1,025,215 (1M+) points in benchmarks, which ensures that Snapdragon’s upcoming chipset will be a game changer in the smartphone industry. It is worth noting that MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 chipset also scored around 1 million points in the leaked benchmarks.
UPDATE: AnTuTu has officially verified these scores and announced that all the exposed scores are true and effective. It also mentioned that the RMX3300 is equipped with a 12+256GB storage combination.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset has a maximum frequency of 2.995 GHz and scored 20% higher compared with Snapdragon 888 5G. Moreover, the GPU score is also improved, which is 447,926 points.
The Realme GT2 Pro is expected to feature a 6.51-inch AMOLED display, which would support a higher resolution (Full-HD+) and refresh rate (up to 120Hz). The charging power is also expected to be upgraded to 125W, but the battery capacity is unknown.

The phone is expected to feature a main 50MP lens with OIS support in addition to an ultrawide lens and a depth lens. While on the front side, the device would sport a 32MP lens.
