This morning, Honor officially announced that the Honor 70 series would be released on May 30. The officials have also revealed the teaser of this lineup, and the backside appearance of one variant can be seen.
As observed, the phone features the same design as the Honor 60, but some differences can still be seen. It still features the same dual circle pill-shaped camera module where the first circle has two camera lenses and the second circle has one lens and an LED flash.
It is also mentioned alongside the module that the primary lens is a 54MP sensor with a 1/1.49” outsole and f/1.9 aperture. Further, the back features a diamond texture giving a crystal look from every side.
According to previous information, there will be three models in the Honor 70 series: 70, 70 Pro, and 70 Pro+. The Honor 70 will feature the all-new Snapdragon 7 Gen1, which Qualcomm has not yet announced; however, its launch is expected in the upcoming event.
Then, we have the Pro and Pro+ models, which will be powered by MediaTek’s latest SoCs. the Honor 70 Pro to be powered by the Dimensity 8100 chipset, while the 70 Pro+ will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 flagship chipset.
Some sources also reported that the Honor 70 series would debut with the Sony IMX8 lens. It would be a customized version specially designed by Sony in collaboration with Honor, and the photosensitive unit’s area will also be larger.
In the coming days, the officials will also reveal the significant highlights of the Honor 70 series.
