After a lot of leaks and rumors, OnePlus has finally revealed that the Dimensity 9000-powered version of the OnePlus Ace2 will be named the OnePlus Ace 2V. The company has also announced that it will be launched on March 7 at 2:30 PM.
This morning, the company also released the official images of the device, which show every aspect. The OnePlus Ace 2V will be available in two color schemes: black rock and celadon gaze. It is worth mentioning that both use different body textures.
The first color scheme, Black Rock, was already revealed by the famous blogger Digital Chat Station. It uses a silk glass texture on the back with a delicate frosted surface that eliminates fingerprints.
The second color scheme is the new one, Celadon Glaze, which comes with a celadon glass texture and feels as smooth and natural as ceramic texture.
The entire body adopts a flat frame design. The camera module on the back consists of two camera rings; the first consists of a 64MP primary lens (OmniVision OV64M), while the second ring consists of two camera lenses, including an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens and 2MP GalaxyCore macro sensor.
The phone has a 6.74-inch single-centered punch-hole AMOLED display with ultra-narrow bezels that support 2772 x 1240 resolution, 2160Hz high-frequency dimming, and 120Hz refresh rate. Inside the punch-hole, there is also a 16MP selfie lens.
The OnePlus Ace 2V is powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset, which is based on a 4nm TSMC manufacturing process. Yesterday, the device was listed on the AnTuTu benchmark, revealing that it would feature LPDDR5x memory and UFS 3.1 storage. It will also have a 5000mAh battery and 80W fast charging.
OnePlus is expected to reveal significant device highlights in the coming days before the launch date.
