A few days ago, Realme officially announced that it will launch a phone called Realme GT Neo5 SE, which will be powered by the newly launched Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC.
This morning, Realme officially announced that the Realme GT Neo5 SE will be launched on April 3. The company has revealed a teaser video from which the back of the device can be seen.
No significant change can be observed compared with the Realme GT Neo 5. However, this new device will be available in a new blue-pink gradient color scheme. The camera layout is also the same as its predecessor, with two camera rings: the first consists of a primary lens, while the second has two camera lenses.
As reported previously, the camera specifications are expected to change slightly. The primary camera lens in Realme GT Neo5 SE is a 64MP OV64M super matrix module, while the other two lenses are expected to remain the same (8MP+2MP). In the teaser, the following lens information is also written on the camera module: MRTRIX PORF 1.79F/EFL 25mm.
As mentioned, the Realme GT Neo5 SE would be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset, which is relatively similar to the Snapdragon 8+. The chipset is based on the same 4nm TSMC manufacturing process and features the following cores: 1x Cortex-X2 core, 3x Cortex-A710 cores, and 4x Cortex-A510 cores.
The phone is expected to feature a 1.5K resolution single punch-hole OLED display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Yesterday, the device was listed on the AnTuTu benchmark, revealing its benchmark scores, which are almost similar to Dimensity 9000. The benchmark also disclosed that the top variant would have 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The phone is rumored to feature a 5500mAh battery and support 100W charging.
Realme is expected to start revealing the significant highlights of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE in the coming days until the launch event day.
