A few days ago, it was reported that Xiaomi was working on its Xiaomi 14 series and was expected to release it in November. The Xiaomi 14 also got listed on 3C certification with 90W charging.
This morning, the Xiaomi 23116PN5BC was listed on 3C certification. According to the source, this device would be the Xiaomi 14 Pro, and it will support a maximum of 120W charging.
As mentioned in the certification, the Xiaomi 14 Pro will use the same 120W superfast charger (MDY-14-ED). This charger supports charging at the following modes: 15W, 27W, 66W, and 120W. Except for this, the 3C Certification doesn’t consist of any information.
According to previous information, the Xiaomi 14 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is expected to launch in November. The chipset uses the 1+5+2 core architecture and consists of the following cores: Cortex-X4 ultra core, Cortex-A720 P-cores, and Cortex-A520 E-cores.
According to reports, the battery capacity of Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are 4860mAh and 5000mAh, respectively. The battery capacities of both models are upgraded compared to the old ones.
At the moment, there is very little information about the Xiaomi 14 series. However, the phone is expected to be launched immediately after the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip is released.
