This afternoon, Huawei held an event to officially launch the Mate 10 series’ Chinese variants at Shanghai Oriental Sports Center. At the launch event, Huawei also brought its 4G smartwatch – the Watch 2 Pro, which supports independent calls.
The Watch 2 Pro adopts a high-intensity ceramic bezel and stainless watch case. This smartwatch supports an eSIM card and a 4G connection. It has a sports health aid that supports heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, and evaluation of motion effects. The user can listen to the music offline. The Watch also enables the user to listen to radio and audiobooks. Besides, Huawei has also cooperated with Porsche, and they have launched the Porsche Design Huawei Smartwatch.
The Huawei Watch 2 Pro is priced at CNY 2,588 (approximately $393), and it will be officially on sale at 10:08 am, November 2. The Porsche Design is priced at CNY 4,988 (approximately $757), and it will be officially on sale at 10:08 am, November 15.
