ASUS ROG Phone 3 got 3C certification with a 30W charger

The ASUS ROG Gaming Phone 3 has been leaked for a long time. In addition, the phone has received certifications on many websites. Recently, on 11 June, the phone got its 3C Certification.

According to 3C Certification, ASUSTek Computer Inc. has applied for the certification. The upcoming gaming phone has the model number ASUS_I003DD and supports 5G network capability. It also supports fast charging up to 30W.

It is also reported that Co-CEO (ASUSTek Computer Inc.) Xu Xianyue has already said that the ZenFone 7 and ASUS ROG Gaming Phone 3 will be launched between the end of the second quarter and the beginning of the third quarter of 2020.

According to some leaked information, the gaming phone will use the Snapdragon 865 5G. The phone has been revealed twice on Geekbench. The first time, it had 8GB of RAM, and the second time, it had 12GB of RAM. Both tests scored around 900 single-core points and 3000 multi-core points. The phone was running Android 10 both times.

According to some more sources, the phone will use a USB Type-C port for 30W fast charging. It may use a Quad-HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone has already been certified by Wifi-Alliance and EEC certification, and the model number is the same as ASUS_I003DD on the 3C certificate.

At the moment, ASUS has not officially announced the gaming phone. However, the phone is expected to be released soon, as the 3C certification always indicates that the launch event is near.
