After many leaks and rumors, Asus has finally officially confirmed that it will release the Zenfone 7 series on August 26. Today, the company (Asus Taiwan) posted the live-streaming schedule on its official YouTube channel.
The thumbnail of the live-streaming video revealed that the company will launch its ASUS Zenfone 7 series on August 26. The scheduled live-streaming video would stream the launch event.
Previously, it was reported that the upcoming Zenfone 7 series would consist of two devices. The first one will be the Zenfone 7, while the second one will be the Zenfone 7 Pro. The only difference between both phones is the chipset. The Zenfone 7 will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, while the Zenfone 7 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 865+ chipset.
Both phones will feature the latest Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. The Zenfone 7 Pro will also be powered by a 5000mAh battery and support 30W fast charging.
