Today, the Samsung SM-A025M was spotted on the FCC certification. As we previously reported, this model number belongs to Samsung Galaxy A02s and Galaxy M02 for some regions.
The applicant for this certification is Jenni Chun (Samsung’s General Manager), and the manufacturer is Samsung Electronics Company Limited.
The FCC certification revealed some basic specifications of the device. The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery (model HQ-50S). Simultaneously, the phone comes with an EP-TA200 charger that supports 15W fast charger.
For the first time, Samsung provides a 15W fast charger to its entry-level device. The phone also has a USB Type-C port, as it uses a Type-C cable. The phone will also come with wired earphones out of the box, which indicates that it will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The certification also reveals the shape of the back of the phone. The phone will use a rectangular camera bump to place the camera. The speaker will be placed at the bottom of the phone.
As per reports, the new entry-level device is expected to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 450 chipset.
The phone is expected to be launched soon. Currently, the Galaxy A02s is in its development phase.
