One of the most awaited Samsung Galaxy A32 5G has been leaked and rumored for a long time. The smartphone has been revealed on several certification sites. Today, Samsung has officially confirmed the existence of this smartphone.
Today, Samsung revealed its Galaxy A32 5G phone in a press release on Samsung’s newsroom website. The Galaxy A32 is Samsung’s most affordable 5G smartphone this year. In the press release, the device’s key specs, renders and pricing are also mentioned.
The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G has a 6.5-inch Infinity-V display (v-shaped notch). The display uses TFT technology and is packed with HD+ resolution. The phone measures about 164.2×76.1×9.1 mm and weighs around 205g.
The officials didn’t reveal the chipset name, but it is confirmed that this is a Dimensity 720 chipset. The Dimensity 720 is an octa-core chipset based on a 7nm manufacturing process. It has a Cortex-A76 core with a maximum frequency of 2.0GHz. It features a Mali-G57 GPU.
The phone has a 5000mAh battery and supports 15W charging. It may use Samsung’s old EP-TA200 15W charger. The phone is equipped with a side fingerprint scanner.
The phone comes with a quad-camera, which is placed in an all-new design. Instead of a large camera bump, the cameras are placed in the little bumps, which seems far better than the previous design.
The quad-camera module uses a primary 48MP camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth lens. On the front, there is a single 13MP camera in the v-shaped notch.
The phone has two storage options: 64GB (€279) and 128GB (€299). It would be available in four different colors: Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Violet, and Awesome Blue.
The Galaxy A32 5G will go on sale on February 12, only in the European market. Currently, there is no news regarding the global launch.
