Today, a new Samsung device with the model number SM-A525F was spotted on Geekbench. According to the model number, it belongs to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A52 4G.
A few days ago, the Galaxy A52 5G with model number SM-A526B was also spotted on Geekbench. The 5G version was equipped with the Snapdragon 750 chipset.
In this Geekbench, the Galaxy A52 4G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset. The Snapdragon 720G is an octa-core chipset based on an 8nm manufacturing process. It has a maximum frequency of 2.3 GHz.
The Galaxy A52 4G comes with 8GB RAM. It scores on Geekbench on the same level as the average mid-range phone. The single-core score is 554 points, and the multi-core score is 1689 points. It also runs the latest One UI 3.
Previously, the renders of the Galaxy A52 were also revealed and it was observed that the design of the phone is almost unchanged. The design is similar to the Galaxy A51. The size of the chin and bezel may be reduced.
The Galaxy A52 is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2021.
