Samsung Galaxy F14 5G listed on Google Play Console with Exynos 1330 and 6GB RAM

This morning, the upcoming Galaxy F14 5G has been listed on Google Play console certification, revealing the device’s basic specifications.

As mentioned in the certification, the Galaxy F14 5G uses a V-shaped notch display (which seems to be an LCD display) that supports 1080 x 2408 resolution and 450 DPI.

The Galaxy F14 5G is powered by a chipset carrying the model number Samsung S5e8535. The chipset is the latest Exynos 1330 from Samsung, which also supports 5G network connectivity.

The Exynos 1330 is based on a 5nm EUV process and features the following cores: 2x Cortex-A78 P-cores at 2.4GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 E-cores at 2.0GHz. The GPU is Mali-G58 MP2.

In the smartphone renders the phone adopts a vertical triple camera module, just like the Galaxy S23 series. However, the body and frame differ from the Galaxy S23.

The certification mentioned that the model number is Galaxy M14x, which denotes that this model might also be launched as a rebranded Galaxy M14 5G in some regions. Samsung has done this several times in the past.

Previously, the same smartphone with model numbers SM-E146B and SM-M146B was listed on several certification sites. It was also revealed that it will feature a larger 5830mAh battery and the 25W Samsung EP-TA800 charger.
