The launch event of the Galaxy Note 20 series is approaching. Other devices expected to be launched at the same event, such as the Galaxy Fold2, Z Flip 5G, and Tab S7, are being leaked as much as the Galaxy Note 20 series. We’ve already covered the Z Flip 5G this morning.
Recently, the famous digital blogger Ice Universe leaked the renders of the Galaxy Fold2. In the renders, the second display has a punch-hole camera, which will help Samsung reduce the phone’s bezels.
The foldable phone has a rectangle-shaped camera box for placing the cameras. Compared to the Galaxy Fold, this phone has no big notch at the side of the camera. On the back, it may sport a triple camera setup in a rectangle-shaped box.
It was previously reported that the Galaxy Fold2 will feature a 7.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will support a resolution of 2213×1689 (2K+) and an aspect ratio of 11:8:9.
The phone will have a dual battery with a total capacity of 4365mAh (2090mAh+2275mAh). The upcoming foldable phone has already been spotted on Geekbench. It is powered by a Qualcomm SD 865 5G chipset with 12GB RAM.
Currently, the Galaxy Fold2 is expected to be released on August 5 or in the first week of August. It will be announced at the same launch event as the Note20 series.
