Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition With Exynos 990 Spotted On Geekbench

For a long time, the expected flagship phone, Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition, has been in leaks and rumors. Previously, its display photo was also revealed.

Recently, we got another leak of the phone. Today, the new Galaxy S20 Fan Edition has been spotted on Geekbench with the model number SM-G780F. The Geekbench revealed that the phone is running Samsung’s latest Exynos 990 chipset. This confirms that the new Lite version of Galaxy S20 will also be available in the Exynos variant.

Moreover, the previous year’s Galaxy S10 Lite was only available in the Snapdragon variant. The Geekbench also revealed that the new Galaxy S20 Lite would also be available in an 8GB RAM variant. The phone has scored 924 points on single-core and 2716 points on multi-core (Geekbench 5).

Previously, it was reported that the upcoming phone would feature a flat AMOLED Infinity-O display that supports refresh rates of up to 120Hz. A 4500mAh battery will power it. From some sources, it was also reported that the phone would be available in four colors: Green, Red, White, and Orange.

Moreover, a triple camera setup (12MP(wide) + 12MP(ultra-wide) + 8MP(telephoto)) is also expected on the rear side of the phone. The new Galaxy S20 Lite will also be IP68 (dust and water-resistant) certified, which was not available in last year’s Galaxy S10 Lite.

Currently, the phone is expected to launch in Fall 2020.
