Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra surfaced on TENAA with full specifications

This morning, the Galaxy S23 Ultra with model number SM-S9180 was listed on TENAA certification, revealing all the major specifications. The specifications are discussed below:

As mentioned in the TENAA listing, the chipset has a peak 3.36GHz frequency, which indicates that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will use a higher frequency version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The frequency of the super core is the only difference, while the other cores’ frequency is the same.

Further, the camera setup is changed. Now, the Galaxy S23 will feature a new 2MP, 108MP, 12MP, and another 12MP lens on the back. In contrast, the Galaxy S22 Ultra has the following camera lenses: 108MP+10MP+10MP+12MP. On the front side, the selfie camera is now 12MP instead of a 40MP lens, as we have seen in the predecessor model.

Previously, the Galaxy S23 Ultra was listed on 3C certification, revealing that Samsung has again decided to stick with its 25W charging. However, as judged from the leaked specifications, it is expected that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will come with a different and new kind of technology.

It is expected that Samsung might release its Galaxy S23 series between the first two months of 2023.
