Today, the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite has been listed on the famous FCC certification site. The FCC certification has revealed some of the tablet’s main highlights, which were unknown before. It is worth mentioning that both 5G and Wi-Fi versions (with model numbers SM-T736B and SM-T730) have been listed.
The FCC certification has revealed that the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite will feature a 10900mAh battery with model number EB-BT975ABY. The same battery has been used in the Galaxy Tab S7+, so we can expect better battery life from this new tablet device.
The device also supports Samsung‘s EP-TA200 15W charger, which was already confirmed through the 3C certification. However, it will not come in the box; users can buy it separately. The attached live screenshot also revealed that the Galaxy Tab S7 lite would support 45W maximum charging.
The Galaxy Tab S7 Lite will also feature a USB Type-C port, as the USB cable mentioned in the certification is a Type-C cable with model number EP-DT725. It is also confirmed that there will be no 3.5mm headphone jack like the Galaxy Tab S7 because the mentioned headphones are USB Type-C Hands-Free.
The FCC certification further revealed that the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite would support S-Pen connectivity and the Keyboard case. However, it is not confirmed whether the S Pen will come out of the box.
As previously reported, the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite will feature a 12.4-inch IPS display with slimmer bezels and chin. Like the Tab S7, it will also feature a dual-camera setup. Overall, it will have a very similar design to the Tab S7.
The Galaxy Tab S7 lite will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, an octa-core chipset based on an 8nm manufacturing process.
Currently, there is no information about the launch of the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite.
