Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 battery capacity revealed in 3C certification

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4 in two or three months. However, as the time approaches, we get more leaks and rumors about the upcoming series.

This morning, the Galaxy Z Flip4 battery has been listed on 3C certification, revealing that this phone will feature a 3595mAh Li-ion dual battery. As seen in the certification, there are two battery modules denoting the dual battery scenario.

The first battery has the model number EB-BF723ABY and has a capacity of 2555mAh, while the second battery has the model number EB-BF724ABY and has a capacity of 1040mAh. From the model numbers F723 and F724, we can confirm that these battery modules belong to Galaxy Z Flip4.

Previously, the same device was also listed on the same certification site with 25W charging support. The rumors suggest that Galaxy Z Flip4 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chipset, which Qualcomm has not yet announced.

It is also suggested that we might not see massive changes in the design of the Galaxy Z Flip4; only the dimensions and display are expected to be changed a little bit. Other specifications like display and camera are unknown yet but will be revealed soon.

It is currently expected that the new Galaxy Z Flip4 will be launched alongside the Galaxy Z Fold4 at the start of August 2022 or the end of July 2022.
