On January 22, the Honor V40 conference was officially held. At the press conference, Honor released a new generation of Honor MagicBook series laptops, including Honor MagicBook 15 2021 and Honor MagicBook 14 2021.
The thickness of the Honor MagicBook 15 is 16.9m, and the weight is 1.53kg, while the thickness of the Honor MagicBook 14 is 15.9mm, and the weight is 1.34kg.
The new MagicBook is upgraded to the new 11th generation Intel Core processor; it supports Wi-Fi6 and has 16GB dual-channel memory. In addition, there are discrete graphics variants with MX450 to choose from. In terms of heat dissipation, the new generation of MagicBook has further upgrades, and the overall heat dissipation performance has increased by 38%.
The MagicBook 14 2021 and MagicBook 15 2021 are equipped with 14.0-inch and 15.6-inch FHD LCD screens, respectively. Both screens have 100% sRGB and 300nit brightness, are certified by the German Rheinland, and support DC dimming and screen aspects.
Both laptops have a 65W charger, a USB-C port for charging, a pop-up camera design, and support power button fingerprint recognition. The two Honor MagicBook laptops support newly upgraded multi-screen collaboration and support up to three windows for collaboration.
MagicBook 14 2021 comes with a 42Wh lithium-polymer battery, which can be charged to about 53% in 30 minutes, 88% in 60 minutes, and fully charged in 100 minutes. The video playback can last about 7.6 hours. MagicBook 15 2021 comes with a 56Wh lithium-polymer battery, which can be charged to about 44% in 30 minutes, about 68% in 60 minutes, and fully charged in 130 minutes. The video playback can last about 10.2 hours.
Both laptops have a USB-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen1 port, a USB 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm headset and microphone combo port.
