Honor V40 got 3C certification with 66W charger

Today, the Honor YOK-AN10 was spotted on the famous Chinese 3C certification, which reveals its charging specifications.

According to our reports, the device belongs to Honor’s V40 series, which is expected to launch very soon. The Honor V40 series will be the successor to the Honor V30 series, which was equipped with a Kirin 990 5G chipset.

The device will feature an HW-110600C00 charger that supports 66W charging. The charger supports charging in the following modes: 10W, 40W, and 66W.

It is not confirmed whether the device is the V40 or the V40 Pro. The applicant for this certification is Honor Device Company Limited. The issuance date of the 3C certification is December 18.

As per previous reports, the Honor V40 is very similar to the Huawei Nova 8 series. The device is expected to feature a 6.72-inch display with a 2400×1080 resolution, and the Honor V40 Pro will also feature a 120Hz refresh rate.

It will support 66W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging. It may feature a primary 50MP lens. The V40 Pro will feature a triple-camera setup. There may be a V40 Pro+ with a Quad-camera module. On the front, all models are expected to feature dual Punch-Hole.
