Recently, one of the famous Taiwanese websites, Digitimes, revealed that the supply chains of Huawei reported that the company (Huawei) had ordered them to cut orders. Inside reports from the industry also revealed that Huawei has recently announced that the shipment of the Mate 40 series will be revised with a 30% reduction in orders.
In addition, Huawei did not show its new Kirin 9000 chip at this year’s IFA. The processor will be the latest in the flagship chipset category and debut alongside the Huawei Mate 40 series.
We have reported that the Huawei Mate 40 has already been spotted on TENAA and MIIT, which revealed the model numbers of all the Mate 40 series models. The Mate 40Pro and Mate 40 Pro+ have also been spotted on Bluetooth certification sites.
The Huawei Mate 40 series will feature a water-fall dual punch-hole display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will come with a new Kirin 9000 chipset, and better camera specifications are also expected.
According to leaks, the Mate 40 series is coming this October 2020.
