Huawei MatePad 11 with HarmonyOS 2.0 to be launched on July 6

According to unofficial sources, Huawei is planning to launch a new tablet device in its MatePad series. Today, Huawei officially announced that it will launch the MatePad 11 on July 6th.

As mentioned in the official post, the new Huawei MatePad 11 runs on the latest Harmony OS 2.0. Moreover, the poster further revealed the backside renders of the tablet in which it is observed that the MatePad 11 (2021) will be similar to last year’s MatePad 10.4 (2020).

The only difference is the size and internal specifications of the tablet. As can be seen, there is only a single rear camera (maybe an 8MP lens) in a pill-shaped module, along with the LED Flash (above the lens). The tablet will also support the M Pencil, which is included in the poster but must be bought separately.

The company has used the term “Paperless” as a slogan to promote its new MatePad 11.

As per previous info, the MatePad 11 will feature an 11-inch full-view display with a 2.5K resolution and will also support the 120Hz refresh rate. Inside, the old flagship chipset, Snapdragon 865, will be equipped in the tablet, and support for Wi-Fi 6 connectivity will also be on the shelves.

There would be different storage variants (64GB, 128GB) with similar RAM capacity (6GB). Further, it is also reported that the new MatePad 11 will have four color options, one of which will be exclusive to China.

The all-new Huawei MatePad 11 will be launched on July 6 at 19:30 and will be available for sale on different Chinese e-commerce sites.
