Huawei Nova 8 got 3C certification with 66W fast charging

This morning, two new Huawei devices were spotted on the famous Chinese 3C certification site. Both devices have model numbers JSC-AN00 and JSC-TN00, respectively. The model number JSC-AN00 has already been spotted on the MIIT certification site.

In the 3C certification, both models feature the  Huawei HW-110600C00 charger, which supports 66W max fast charging. The charger also supports 40W and 10W charging modes.

The applicant for this 3C certification is Huawei Device Company Limited, and the manufacturer mentioned in the certification is also the same. The certification was issued on October 26.

According to previous rumors, the Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro are expected to feature a dual-punch hole AMOLED display with an upgraded refresh rate.

It is also reported that the Nova 8 Pro will feature the latest Kirin 9000 chipset. However, due to less production, this device may stick with the Kirin 990 5G chipset. The Nova 8 may use MediaTek’s Dimensity chipset.

Huawei is expected to launch the Nova 8 series in December 2020. The exact date and time of launch have not been confirmed yet.
