Huawei Watch GT3 Pro smartwatch to be launched on April 28

In the fourth quarter of last year, Huawei updated its Watch GT smartwatch series by launching the Watch GT3. However, after almost six months, the latest reports claim that the company has planned to reveal the new smartwatch in the coming days.

This morning, Huawei officially announced that the company would launch the Huawei GT3 Pro on April 28 at the upcoming Huawei Mate Xs 2 launch event. The Huawei Watch GT3 Pro wouldn’t be limited to a few new features but also has breakthroughs.

In the official teaser, the company has revealed that the Watch GT3 Pro will be able to bear a depth (in water) of 30 meters, making it the first smartwatch ever that supports free diving and achieving diving equipment engineering standards EN13319.

Not only that, but the user can also use this watch at this level of depth. The watch is tested under pressurized waterproof test cycles to ensure satisfactory performance.

Some sources have revealed that the watch runs on the latest HarmonyOS and will also be available in designs specially manufactured for females. There would also be a Titanium Alloy version. Further, rumors also state that this watch might have other versions like the Watch GT3 Porsche Design, GT3 Pro ECG version, and Watch B5.
