Apple is expected to reveal its iPhone 15 series after six months. However, until now, the design of the phone has completely been revealed. Even the supply chain has begun preparations for mass production.
This morning, some sources from Weibo revealed the glass panel images of the Apple iPhone 15 series. The first thing that can be observed is that Apple is going to adopt the Dynamic Island Design on the entire iPhone 15 series. Last time, only the iPhone 14 Pro models featured the Dynamic Island Panel.
The entire panel has been changed to 2.5D arc edge processing (unlike the previous models). The new models also used a curved frame, while the front frame seems to have a slight increase in curvature, consistent with previous revelations and leaks.
The video also confirmed a rumor that the Pro models would feature narrow bezels while the standard models will have the same panel as the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max; no noticeable change is observed.
However, the screen size in the iPhone 15 Pro seems to be smaller than the iPhone 14 Pro, as the length and width are reduced by around 0.5mm. Due to narrower bezels, it is also expected that the iPhone 15 Pro models may have a similar design to the Apple Watch series 7 and series 8, as rumors stated.
It was also reported that the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max would feature a titanium alloy frame instead of stainless steel for the first time. In addition, the volume and lock buttons will feature Haptic Touch, just like the 3D Home Button.
