iQOO 5 Spotted On 3C Certification with120W Charging

Recently, we reported that iQOO is going to launch its new iQOO 5 Series. The main feature of this new phone series is its super ultra-fast charging, which is up to 120W. The company has already officially announced the launch event of the phone.

As the time of the launch approaches, the phone is being revealed slightly. This time, the new iQOO 5 has been spotted on the 3C Certification site. The certification was issued yesterday (on 6 August). In the certification, it can be seen that the phone has a model number Vivo V2025A.

The charger used for this phone in certification supports fast charging in different modes from 10W to 120W Max (20V, 6A). This ultra super-fast 120W charger has a model number V12060L0C0-CN. Moreover, the phone also supports 5G network connectivity. The applicant for this certification is Vivo Mobile Communication Company Limited.

Previously, it was reported that the new iQOO 5 series would feature a curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate display and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Moreover, the display is HDR10+ certified too. There will be no 3.5mm headphone jack on the phone.

Moreover, it was also reported that the phone would be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+. The phone will also feature the new UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5X memory.

Currently, the phone is set to be launched on 17 August.
