iQOO Neo8 series to feature Dimensity 9200+ chipset, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage

In October 2022, iQOO launched the iQOO Neo7 with the Dimensity 9000+ chipset in the Chinese market. According to sources, iQOO seems to be launching a successor to this phone.

This morning, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that the iQOO Neo8 series will be powered by the Dimensity 9200+ chipset, the high-frequency version of the Dimensity 9200 chipset.

The Dimensity 9200 is based on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process and features the following cores: 1x Cortex-X3 ultra core at 3.05GHz, 3x Cortex-A715 performance cores at 2.85GHz and 4x Cortex-A510 energy-efficient cores at 1.8GHz. The GPU is Arm Immortalis-G715.

In addition to the Dimensity 9200+ chipset, the iQOO Neo8 series will feature LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. The high-end variant will have 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Like its predecessor series, the iQOO Neo8 series is expected to include the following devices: iQOO Neo8 SE, iQOO Neo8, and iQOO Neo8 Racing Edition.

At the moment, there is no news regarding the launch of the iQOO Neo8 series. However, we can expect it before the second half of this year.
