In March 2022, Lenovo introduced its Lenovo K14 series. Both devices in the lineup were powered by Unisoc chipsets. However, the latest reports suggest the company is working on its successor.
This morning, the upcoming Lenovo K15 was listed on the Google Play Console, revealing the device’s basic specifications and renders.
The image shows that the new Lenovo K15 will adopt a single punch-hole display that supports 1600 x 720 resolution and has 280 DPI, as mentioned in the certification. The display might also support a 90Hz refresh rate like the predecessor.
The Lenovo K15 is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset, an entry-level SoC based on a 12nm FinFET manufacturing process. It consists of the following cores: 2x Cortex-A75 cores at 1.6GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 1.6GHz. The GPU is Mali-G57.
The certification also mentions that the device has 4GB RAM and runs on the Android 11 OS.
The specifications of the Lenovo K15 are expected to be very similar to its predecessor. The Lenovo K14 was also equipped with the same chipset and display resolution. The phone was fitted with a triple camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor. It also features a 5000mAh battery with 10W wired charging support.
