Today, Lenovo has officially launched the new Xiaoxin Pro 13 2021. The laptop is also now open for pre-orders. Compared with the previous generation, this new laptop mainly focuses on the processor, graphic card, Thunderbolt 4 port, and other improvements.
The new Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 13 is equipped with Intel’s latest-generation Core i5 chipset. The i5-1135G7 is a quad-core chipset based on a 10nm SuperFin Process. All four cores have a maximum frequency of 4.2 GHz. The GPU used here is GeForce MX450.
It also comes in only one storage variant: 16+512GB. In terms of RAM, it supports DDR4 3200MHz RAM. While for storage, it uses 512 Gigs SSD.
In terms of display, the new laptop uses a 13.3-inch 2560×1600 resolution IPS screen, supports 100% sRGB color gamut, has a maximum brightness of 300 nits, and supports DC dimming. Inside the laptop, a 56Wh battery has been used, which further supports fast charging.
In other aspects, the Xiaoxin Pro 13 2021 also got face recognition support. It is equipped with 1x Thunderbolt 4 Port, 1x Full-function USB-C Port, 1x USB-A 3.2 (Gen 1) port, 1x 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual fans with heat pipes for heat dissipation.
The Xiaoxin Pro 13 2021 is now open for pre-orders in Lenovo Mall, with a price of 5499 yuan ($850), with a limit of one per person. The buyer needs to deposit 200 yuan for pre-ordering.
