Today, Lenovo officially launched the new Xiaoxin Pro 13 2021 and is now open for pre-orders. Compared with the previous generation, this new laptop mainly focuses on the processor, graphic card, Thunderbolt 4 port, and other improvements.
The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 13 has an Intel i5-1135G7 chipset. It is a quad-core chipset based on a 10nm superFin process. All four cores have a maximum frequency of 4.2 GHz. The GPU used here is GeForce MX450.
It also comes in only one storage variant: 16+512GB. It supports DDR4 3200MHz RAM. While for storage, it uses 512 GB SSD.
The new laptop uses a 13.3-inch 2560×1600 resolution IPS screen, supports 100% sRGB color gamut, has a maximum brightness of 300 nits, and supports DC dimming. The laptop uses a 56 Wh battery that also supports fast charging.
In other aspects, the Xiaoxin Pro 13 2021 also got face recognition support. It has 1x Thunderbolt 4 Port, 1x Full-function USB-C Port, 1x USB-A 3.2 (Gen 1) port, 1x 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual fans with heat pipes for heat dissipation.
The Xiaoxin Pro 13 2021 is now available for pre-order in Lenovo Mall. It costs CNY 5499 ($850) and is limited to one per person. The buyer must deposit CNY 200 for pre-ordering.
