Huawei Mate X2 renders exposed, no punch-hole in main screen

As we all know, Huawei is ready to launch the Mate X2. Even the official confirmed that the phone will be powered by the Kirin 9000 chipset.

This evening, the famous Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station revealed the high-quality renders of the upcoming Mate X2, which are the following:

As per the blogger, the Mate X2 has no punch-hole (in-display camera) on the main screen. The user would not be able to click the front side images while using the main display. On the secondary screen, there is a dual punch-hole camera. The primary sensor in the front camera setup consists of a 16MP lens.

The blogger also mentioned that the body of this foldable device is very thin and light. With all those leaks, it can be concluded that the Mate X2 will be a strong competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2.

As we previously reported, the Mate X2 internal folding dual-screen is about 8.01 inches with 2480×2200 resolution, while the external screen is around 6.45 inches with 2700×1160 resolution.

The phone is expected to come with a 4400mAh battery. The back of the body will feature a quad camera setup (50MP + 16MP + 12MP + 8MP).

The Huawei Mate X2 will be launched on February 22,
