According to a Weibo blogger, the combination of MatePad Pro 2, M-Pencil, and HarmonyOS will lead to breakthroughs in productivity and creativity.
He further mentioned that this tablet would offer consumers an incredible multi-screen collaboration experience. In addition to carrying the Harmony OS, the new tablet will also have new changes in appearance and keyboard.
The new generation of the M-Pencil adopts a transparent nib design, and its appearance and function are greatly improved. This would be another new upgrade after Huawei released the first generation of MatePad Pro in November 2019.
According to previous reports, the Huawei MatePad Pro2 may come in two versions: one with a 12.2-inch CSOT screen and one with a 12.6-inch Samsung screen. The new tablet will be powered by a Kirin 9000 series processor and support 40W fast charging.
