Motorola has officially confirmed that it will launch the Motorola Edge S on January 26. The main highlight of this phone is that it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870. The chipset is also launched this evening.
As reported, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 is an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 865. The only difference between them is that the Snapdragon 870 is clocked at 3.2GHz, while the Snapdragon 865+ is clocked at 3.1GHz. Except for this, all the specifications are the same as the Snapdragon 865+.
The Motorola Edge S has already been leaked for a long time. It is known that the smartphone is equipped with a punch-hole display. The display measures about 6.7 inches and features 1080 x 2520 resolution.
The phone is expected to use a 64MP lens as the primary lens. A dual 16MP front camera is also there. It will have a 5000mAh battery.
