This morning, Nubia announced that the Red Magic 8 Pro would be released on December 26. The official poster does not mention any information about the device. However, thanks to certifications, they have revealed every aspect of the device.
As per certifications, the Red Magic 8 Pro will feature a 6.8-inch flat OLED display, which has a higher resolution of Full-HD+ 2480×1116 and will also support a higher refresh rate. It would also feature an under-display 16MP lens instead of any notch or punch-hole.
The phone adopts a transparent black glass design through which you can see the chipset and other components, such as cooling fans and other parts of the heat dissipation system. Its body measures 163.98 x 76.35 x 8.9 mm and weighs around 228g.
The Red Magic 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset based on TSMC’s new 4nm manufacturing process and has a new core architecture, including a 1x Super Cortex-X3 Core, 2x Cortex-A715 and 2x Cortex-A710 P-Cores and 3x Cortex-A510 E-Cores.
On the back, it has a triple camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth lens. It will have two battery options: one with 5000mAh and the second with 6000mAh. Both will support 165W fast charging.
