Red Magic 8 Pro specs revealed with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and OLED display

This morning, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station announced the specifications of Red Magic 8 Pro, which are discussed below:

Starting from the display, the Red Magic 8 Pro will feature a 6.8-inch OLED flat display with an ultra-narrow screen for better concealment. The OLED display will also support the Eye-Dimming feature in order to ensure the user’s eye protection in long-term usage.

The Red Magic 8 Pro will have the following dimensions: 163.98×76.35×8.9 mm and weigh around 228g. Compared with the Red Magic 7s Pro, the device’s weight and thickness are much reduced. There will be two battery versions, 5000mAh and 6000mAh; both will support 165W charging.

In the camera section, we have a triple rear camera setup that includes the following lenses: 50MP+8MP+2MP. On the front side, we have a single 16MP lens under the screen, which will also not show on the display when not in use.

Lastly, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is the primary aspect of the device but is already known. The chipset is based on a 4nm TSMC process and features the following cores: one Cortex-X3 Super core, two Cortex-A715, two Cortex-A710 P-cores, and three Cortex-A510 E-cores.
