Nubia Z40 Pro officially confirmed to be launched on February 25

This morning, Nubia announced that the company will launch the Z40 Pro on February 25. The previous leaks suggested that this device would feature a 35mm Sony’s custom IMX787 primary lens, but the latest launch poster has confirmed this.

According to previous information, the device would feature a massive 16GB RAM and the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship chipset, based on Samsung’s 4nm manufacturing process, in addition to the Super Cortex-X2 Powerful core, Adreno 730 GPU, and X65 5G modem for making a solid performance package.

The previous teasers have shown that the main highlights, such as camera specifications, display, and appearance, are expected to remain almost similar to the previous generation model. Another main highlight of the device would be the all-new wireless magnetic charger.

It is worth mentioning that this would be the first-ever Android phone to feature magnetic wireless charging. The magnetic wireless charger would be similar to Apple’s MagSafe charger in appearance. However, the officials didn’t reveal its charging speed.

As for the full list of specs, we’ll have to wait for the official launch event, which will take place on February 25th.
