OnePlus Ace2 Pro to feature curved screen and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2

In February 2023, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus Ace 2 with a Snapdragon 8+ chipset. However, according to the latest leaks, the company seems to be working on the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro.

This morning, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station revealed some information about the upcoming OnePlus Ace2 Pro. As the blogger said, the phone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

The chipset is based on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process and has a 1+4+3 core architecture. It features the Cortex-X3 ultra core at 3.36GHz, the X70 5G modem, and the Adreno 740 GPU.

The OnePlus Ace2 Pro will feature an ultra-narrow display with curved edges and support 1.5K resolution. The blogger also said that this screen seems to have something new and is being tested by BOE.

According to some sources, many of the specs of the OnePlus Ace2 Pro, such as the camera and battery capacity, are expected to be the same as the Ace2.

It is worth mentioning that the OnePlus Ace 2 features a 6.7-inch punch-hole AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It has a 50MP+8MP+2MP camera setup. On the front, it has a single 16MP camera lens. The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 100W fast charging.

Currently, the OnePlus Ace2 Pro is expected to launch between Q3 and Q4 2023.
