As the OnePlus Nord release date approaches, everything regarding the upcoming phone has been leaked. Almost all the phone specifications are confirmed. Recently, a new OnePlus BE2028 was spotted on Geekbench.
In Geekbench, the phone scored 609 points in single-core and 1728 points in multi-core, which is close to OnePlus’ previous Geekbench scores. The phone seems to be a cheaper version of the OnePlus Nord as it runs the Snapdragon 690 5G chipset with 6GB RAM. According to some famous bloggers, the OnePlus Nord will come in a base version with 8GB RAM.
The OnePlus BE2028 is also different from the last Geekbench, which was the OnePlus AC2003. The motherboard name mentioned in Geekbench is Lito, which is a Snapdragon 690 5G with a lower frequency than the Snapdragon 765 5G. The cheaper OnePlus Nord can be launched with 6GB RAM as both phones target the mid-range to high-range phone segment.
Some relevant specifications, such as display, chipset, and battery, have already been confirmed. The OnePlus Nord will feature a 6.44-inch Full-HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will be powered by a 4115 mAh battery with a 30W warp charger. On the back, it has a quad-camera with a 48MP primary camera.
The two variants of the OnePlus Nord, 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB, have now been confirmed. The launch is expected on 21 July. OnePlus may surprise us by launching a more affordable phone.
