In December 2022, OPPO launched the OPPO Find N2 foldable phone powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. However, the latest industry news suggests the company is looking forward to releasing a successor.
This morning, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station revealed the specifications of OPPO’s new foldable phone, which seems to be the OPPO Find N3.
According to the blogger, the expected OPPO Find N3 will feature a large display of around 8 inches and support 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is worth mentioning that the Find N2 features a 7.1-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The blogger does not mention the cover display specifications.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The chipset is based on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process and features eight cores.
The OPPO Find N3 will feature a triple rear camera setup, including the 50MP Sony IMX890 (OIS Supported) primary lens, 48MP Sony IMX581 ultra-wide angle lens, and OPPO L07D1W22 periscope lens.
On the front, OPPO will use a 20MP and a 32MP OV32C on its new device. However, it is unknown which lens would be used in the cover display and primary display. This phone will come with a 4805mAh battery.
The blogger also mentioned that this device would be ultra-thin, hinting toward a slim successor to the OPPO Find N2. The OPPO Find N2 has a thickness of 7.4mm.
