Recently, the most awaited phone from Poco, Poco X3, has been officially confirmed by the company. Moreover, the phone was also spotted on Geekbench.
This evening, the company announced that they are going to launch its new model, Poco X3, through its official and global Twitter account. According to the poster (mentioned above), the new Poco X3 is set to be launched in an online event, which will be held on September 7 at 8:00 PM (GMT +8). The event will be streamed through the company’s official social media pages.
Moreover, the phone was also spotted on Geekbench. It can be seen that the phone has a model number Xiaomi M2007J20CG, which is the same model number as other Poco X3 certifications. The processor mentioned there was a codename Surya.
According to previous leaks, the chipset Suriya is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G chipset. The company has revealed the chipset recently. The new Snapdragon 732G is an octa-core (based on 8nm) chipset that includes 1x Kryo 470 Prime core clocked at 2.3GHz, 1x Kryo 470 Performance core clocked at 2.2GHz, and 6x Kryo 470 Efficiency cores clocked at .8GHz. The chipset also features an Adreno 618 GPU.
In the Geekbench, the phone has scored decent, a little bit more than the predecessor models with the Snapdragon 730G chipset. Moreover, the spotted version of Poco X3 is a 6GB RAM variant.
