Realme GT Neo3 officially confirmed to feature 150W fast charging

A few weeks ago, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station hinted that the Realme GT Neo3 would support 150W charging and a 4500mAh battery. Now, the latest report from the official source confirms this.

This morning, Realme officially announced that the Realme GT Neo3 will adopt the 150W light-speed charging solution, the second-fastest solution in the industry. According to the officials, the 150W charging solution can charge 50% of the battery in just 5 minutes.

In addition, the charging solution in Realme GT Neo3 has passed 41 Rheinland standard safety tests and 38 safety protections, ensuring a secure charging system.

In addition, the company has also mentioned some highlights of the 150W charging solution, such as the Independent Charging Control Chip, Abnormal One-Key Power, Dual FPC Links, and dispersing heat sources to reduce energy loss. Moreover, the device has been tested with 1600 charging and discharging cycles, which is twice the industry standard.

It is worth mentioning that Xiaomi has already introduced its 200W charging. However, it wouldn’t be considered in the current ranking because it is not publicly available.

The Realme GT Neo3 will feature a 6.7-inch single punch-hole AMOLED display in the center that supports Full-HD+ resolution. The smartphone will be powered by the Dimensity 8100 processor.

The smartphone features a triple-camera setup (50MP + 8MP + 2MP) with a Sony IMX766 primary lens with OIS. There is a 16MP lens in the hole on the front. The report also claims that the Realme GT Neo3 will come in two battery variants: a 4500mAh battery with 150W charging and a 5000mAh battery with 80W charging.

The Realme GT Neo3 will be launched on March 22.
