Red Magic 7 listed on TENAA certification with images

The Red Magic 7 has been spotted on different certification sites, but none of them had images of the device. However, that mystery was also unveiled this morning.

The Red Magic 7’s TENAA certification was recently updated, and the company has now added images of the gaming phone. As you can see, the Red Magic 7 features a new design while maintaining the aesthetics of the Red Magic series.

Starting from the display, the 6.8-inch OLED display still has minimal bezels on the top. It also features an 8MP selfie camera (inside the bezel). On the backside, the camera lenses are placed in a vertical line, and all these lenses are placed inside a rectangle-shaped camera module.

It is worth noting that the primary lens is 64MP (in a triple camera setup). Along with the camera module, we also see two air vents which will play an important role in the overall cooling system. There are buttons on both sides, including a lock screen button and a volume rocker.

The company has not improved the thickness of the device (i.e. 9.5 mm). Improving the thickness could help gamers have an easier handling experience. Overall, the new Red Magic 7 doesn’t seem to have changed much except for the design of the camera module.

Previously, the device was also surfaced on 3C certification along with a dual-cell 4500mAh (2x2190mAh) battery that would support 165W super fast charging at the same time. The device also has the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset for an excellent gaming experience.

Currently, the device is limited to leaks and rumors only. The officials haven’t revealed anything about the official launch of the device.
