Today, Redmi confirmed that the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition will feature a 5065mAh large-capacity battery designed for gaming, and it also supports 67W fast charging.
Previous reports revealed that this gaming phone will feature an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1-billion color depth. The screen has a single punch-hole in the center with a relatively small aperture.
The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 1200. The chipset is built on a 6nm process and features four Cortex-A78 cores.
It was also revealed that the phone features a new VC liquid-cooling technology. It has a large graphene area of 11540 mm² and uses new aerospace-grade materials for the first time.
The Gaming Edition also comes with 12 built-in antennas, including an independent gaming antenna set and a new exclusive gaming Wi-Fi antenna set, ensuring stable gaming performance.
