Redmi Note 13 Pro+ confirmed to feature Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset and 200MP lens

In November 2022, Redmi introduced the Redmi Note 12 series. According to the latest information, the company will launch the successor before the end of this month.

This morning, Redmi officially announced that the Redmi Note 13 series is on its way and will be launched this month. The company also revealed the significant highlights of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+.

Redmi Note 13 Pro+ Lens and Chipset

The first highlight is the primary camera lens. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will come with a Samsung ISOCELL HP3 200MP lens with a customized outsole sensor. The device also integrates Xiaomi Imaging AI technology to enhance the quality of captured images.

The second highlight is the chipset. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will feature the Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset, which has not been officially announced yet. However, it will be an overclocked version of the Dimensity 7200, which is a mid-range model.

The Dimensity 7200 is based on a 4nm manufacturing process and features two Cortex-A715 P-cores and six Cortex-A510 E-cores. The chipset also comes with Mali-G610 MP4 GPU and a 5G modem that supports MediaTek 5G UltraSave 2.0 technology.

It is worth mentioning that the predecessor model also features a 200MP lens, so that wouldn’t be something like an innovation in this lineup. However, improvement in other aspects, such as performance, is expected.

At the moment, there is very little information about the Redmi Note 13 series.
