Sony Xperia 5 II spotted on TENAA with live images

Recently, the Xperia 5 II was spotted on TENAA certification. The certification revealed nothing about the specifications of the phone. But it revealed the live photos.

In the live photos, the phone’s display has a different design from today’s average smartphones. The phone has a standard-sized top and bottom bezel, and the sides of the screen are curved.

On the back, there is a vertically arranged triple camera setup (12MP+12MP+12MP). The LED flash is located above the camera bump. The camera setup is manufactured with the help of ZEISS optics. The Sony logo is in the middle of the back.

The phone has a side fingerprint scanner in the lock screen button, while the volume rockers are placed above it. There are also two additional buttons under the lock screen button, which may be used for a special purpose. Overall, the phone has a very slim body, which could look more beautiful when hands-on.

We already reported that the Xperia 5 II would feature a 6.1-inch Full-HD+ OLED display with a 21:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sensing. The Snapdragon 865 will power this phone. It will also feature a 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and a USB Type-C port.

Currently, the phone is expected to launch on September 17 in an online launch event.
