Sony Xperia 5 II Spotted On TENAA: Live Images Exposed

Recently, the most awaited phone from Sony, the Xperia 5 II, has been spotted on TENAA certification. The certification revealed nothing about the specifications of the phone. But it revealed the live photos of the upcoming device.

In the live photos, it can be seen that the phone’s display has a different design compared to today’s regular smartphone (which uses a notch, punch-hole, or full-view display). The phone has standard-size top and bottom bezels. At the same time, it is also observed that the sides of the screen are curved.

On the backside, there is a triple camera setup (12MP+12MP+12MP, as per reports) arranged vertically. The LED Flash is placed above the camera bump. The camera setup is manufactured with the help of ZEISS Optics. Moreover, the Sony logo is in the middle of the back.

The phone has a side fingerprint scanner in the lock screen button, while the volume rockers are placed above it. There are also two additional buttons under the lock screen button, which may be used for a special purpose. Overall, the phone has a very slim body, and it may appear more beautiful in hands-on.

Previously, we already reported that the upcoming Xperia 5 II would feature a 6.1-inch Full-HD+ OLED display with a 21:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sensing. The standard Snapdragon 865 will power this phone. Moreover, it will also feature a 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and a USB Type-C port.

Currently, the phone is expected to launch on September 17 in an online launch event.
